Lindsey Lautin Reinhardt is Of Counsel with Blackwell, Blackburn, Herring & Singer, LLP.  Lindsey represents and advises clients in federal and state litigation as well as domestic and international arbitrations.

Our involvement in these matters includes representing Court appointed Receivers in resolving existing litigation, prosecuting new claims, negotiating appropriate agreements and contracts, disposing of the underlying properties and ensuring compliance with court orders. Because of this experience, Bob Blackwell spoke at the Receiverships in Texas 2011 seminar sponsored by the State Bar of Texas and served on a panel at CREFC Distressed Debt Summit in New York in 2012.
